2022年2月25日，巴西经济部外贸委员会管理执行委员会(gecex)发布2022年第303号决议，对原产于中国的鞋类产品（葡萄牙语：calçados）作出第二次反倾销日落复审终裁，决定继续对中国涉案产品征收为期5年的反倾销税，税额为0～10.22美元/双，详细征税见附表（巴西对华鞋类产品反倾销日落复审终裁结果）。涉案产品的南共市税号为6402和6405。以下产品不在征税范围：（1）沙滩凉鞋，由橡胶制成，带子通过鞋钉固定在鞋底上（税号6402.20.00）；（2）用于滑雪和雪地冲浪的鞋类（税号6402.12.00和6403.12.00）；（3）鞋面为条状并覆盖大脚趾的天然皮鞋，俗称草编鞋（税号6403.20.00）；（4）体育活动的鞋类，包括滑冰、摔跤、拳击和骑自行车的专用鞋；（5）家用鞋（拖鞋）；（6）舞蹈鞋（运动鞋）；（7）一次性鞋类；（8）用于制造设施的防止静电放电（抗静电）的鞋类；（9）婴儿和/或新生儿鞋，鞋面为100%纺织材料；（10）鞋面和鞋底为100%纺织材料的鞋类。决议自发布之日起生效。
2008年12月31日，巴西对原产于中国的鞋类产品进行反倾销立案调查。2010年3月5日，巴西对该案作出反倾销终裁，决定对涉案产品征收13.85美元/双的反倾销税。2015年3月2日，巴西对原产于中国的鞋类产品进行第一次反倾销日落复审立案调查。2016年3月2日，巴西决定继续对中国鞋类产品征收反倾销税，税额为10.22美元/双，但出于公共利益考虑，将最终的反倾销税调整为13.85美元/双。2021年3月1日，巴西对原产于中国的鞋类产品启动第二次反倾销日落复审立案调查。涉案产品的南共市税号为6402、6403、6404和6405。
